Frequently asked questions
Are the scrambles ever the same as the word?
No. The shuffle is repeated until the result differs, so a puzzle is never accidentally already solved.
Should I skip?
Usually. Ten seconds on one word costs more than three quick ones, and the skip count is only shown for context — it does not reduce your score.
How many words are there?
Around seventy common six-letter words, drawn at random, so a round rarely repeats itself.
