Customer Inquiry Reply Helper
Answer repeat customer questions from your own FAQ, in English or Japanese.
1. Your answers
2. The customer’s message
Tone
Paste text, or drop a .txt, .docx, .vtt or .srt file. It is read in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
How this works, and what it cannot do
The message is split into its questions, and each is matched against your answers by the words it shares with them, plus common synonyms — “car” finds your parking answer, “how much” your prices. The match percentage shows how much of the question an answer covers. Below the threshold, nothing is guessed: the reply says you will check, and you can add that question to your FAQ in one click.
Your answers are stored in the Excel file you save, with a working copy in this browser. Nothing is sent to DO101, and the replies are yours to edit before sending.
Private by design. This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your input is processed on your own device and is not uploaded by DO101.
About the Customer Inquiry Reply Helper
Keep your answers to the questions customers ask again and again — opening hours, prices, bookings, parking, cancellations — in an FAQ you own, saved as an Excel file. Paste an incoming email or message and each question in it is matched to your answers, with synonyms, and a reply is drafted in a friendly or formal tone. Questions without a good answer are not guessed at: the reply says you will check, and the question can be added to your FAQ in one click. Starter templates for hotels, clinics, restaurants, agencies and shops, and Japanese replies in business register. No AI service, nothing uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
Does it make up answers?
No. It only uses the answers you write. When a question has no good match it does not guess — the reply says you will check and get back to them, which is what a careful person would do.
Where are my answers saved?
In the Excel file you download, which you open here next time. A working copy is kept in your browser for convenience. Nothing is sent to DO101.
What are the square brackets in the templates?
Placeholders for your real details — hours, prices, policies. The templates are a starting structure, not facts about your business, and the reply warns you if one is still there.
Can it reply in Japanese?
Yes. A Japanese inquiry gets a Japanese reply in business register (〇〇様, お問い合わせいただき誠にありがとうございます…), using your answers.
How does matching work without AI?
Each question is compared with your FAQ by the words they share, using a standard search ranking, plus common synonyms. The percentage shown is how much of the question the answer covers.
